48-Hour Refund Policy:
If you have booked online and prepaid the service and for any reason you are unable to hold your appointment, we would gladly give you a refund based on our financial & credit card processor service providers policies within 48 hours of the original time of purchase or booking. After 48 hours from the original time of purchase we won’t be able to give you a refund and we will only give you service credit. There is no expiration for this credit, and you can use it for any of our services. If we agree to give you a refund after the expiration time (48hrs), it will result in a minimum charge of $40 or 25% of the service cost, whichever is higher. Please be aware that the amount you paid includes transaction fees (shown below) that will be deducted from the original payment and are NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Not agreeing to reschedule an appointment after there was inclement weather on your scheduled day after the 48hr period, will mean that you are cancelling the appointment and not us, as we have offered an alternative option. For this reason, you will have to assume all fees mentioned above and below in the case we agree to give you a refund.
Paypal Refund Policy:
A fee of 3.49% + 49 Cents will be deducted from the total you paid if you paid with Paypal. THIS IS A FEE CHARGED BY PAYPAL.
Stripe Refund Policy:
A fee of 2.9% + 30 Cents will be deducted from the total you paid if you paid with Stripe. THIS IS A FEE CHARGED BY STRIPE. There is an additional 1% fee for international and currency conversion transactions.
24-Hour Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:
Auto Detail Factory has a 24 hour cancellation policy / rescheduling policy. If for any reason you are unable to hold your appointment, Auto Detail Factory requires a 24-hour cancellation / rescheduling notice. Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of $40 or 25% of the service cost whichever is higher, this also applies to same day appointments that are cancelled. A 24-hour cancellation / rescheduling notice is required because we not only lose your business but the business of potential customers who could have booked an appointment during your appointment slot.

By booking online and offline, purchasing, or requesting our service in person or by phone you signify your acceptance of these policies. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not book online or offline, purchase or make an appointment in person or by phone. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
